I never turn down older babies. It is a lovely age if you are looking for more photos with babies eyes open and also family photos. I do advise it will be completely different to a newborn session. Newborns are sleepy and possible to poses. Older newborns are not so sleepy and do not like being fussed with.

 

I have tried to share with you what is possible in the gallery above. You will see each image has the babies age and as you can see from one month to five months there is a huge difference. The grow so quickly.

I am a member of Banpas which specialises in Newborn Safety and a qualified member of The Societies of Photographers. I am also CRB checked and hold an up to date Paediatric First Aid Certificate. You can rest assure your baby and children are in safe hands and you are working with a fully trained, professional, fully insured photographer.

Having a hair and makeup Artist for your shoot who knows camera makeup will help you look the best you can. Your skin will look flawless. What works in life doesn't necessarily work on film. Many people underestimate the role a good hair and make-up artist plays in the process of getting photos done. I work with makeup artist Kate Kelvin who is familiar with my lighting and style of photography and she knows how to make you look your best. She has worked in opera, with the RSC and the BBC. I can arrange for Kate to do your make up for an additional £98. It really is worth it.
